Returns & Refunds policy

At Zivo Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a Finnish-based business, our policies align with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU Distance Selling Regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the period expires.

2. Policy Exclusions

Please note that due to the nature of our products, the following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Hygiene Products: Earrings cannot be returned once the product has been used.

  • Custom Orders: 3D-printed items made to your specific measurements or personalized designs are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: Discounted clearance items and gift cards.

Note: These items are only eligible for return if they arrive defective or incorrect.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and unworn in their original condition.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Free from signs of damage, wear, or missing components.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. How to Return an Item

  • Contact Us: Email info@zivoarts.fi to notify us of your return.

  • Approval: Once approved, we will provide specific instructions.

  • Shipment: Send the goods to the following address:

Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without physical receipt of the goods or valid proof of delivery.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
